If you have a handful of little ones and are scared of the thought of even going to a theme park with them, have no fear. Of course this spot is great for anyone of all ages, but if it's the smaller ones you are looking to entertain, this park is your best bet. While many rides are for the youngsters, if you have a fearful little one on your hands, many of rides offer seats for adults as well. Another great park for all ages, but especially the little ones is Disney's Animal Kingdom. Fascinating wildlife right in front of their faces should keep them quiet and preoccupied for a little while. There are even fun shows to entertain while relaxing those legs after an afternoon of animal gazing.
LEGOLAND is a great choice for this age group. Who hasn't loved legos as a kid? It would be their dream to roam around a park dedicated to this fond childhood toy. Should it be a hot summery day, which in Florida is quite common, there's a water park here to cool everyone off.
Princess, fairytales, and pirates are found at Magic Kingdom and while great for the little ones, the elementary ages kids will equally have an amazing time there. Since they are a bit older, taking them to Space Mountain or Splash Mountain will be a thrilling experience for them.
At this age, they are getting a bit hard to please and certainly pickier. Have no fear parents, once they arrive at Islands of Adventure their twisted teenage brains will make an about face and they will be on your good graces, at least until it's time to go home. With crazy adventures and exciting rides to entertain them for possibly days, there's no shortage of fun for them here. The Amazing Adventures of Spider Man and Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey have mesmerizing 3-D graphics and effects for entertainment for all ages. Of course Toon Lagoon, Jurassic Park (a classic for any age) and certainly The Wizarding World of Happy Potter should be on the list of fun for the day.
Another park that's sure to have your tween or teen thank you for days to come is Disney's Hollywood Studios. What kid wouldn't want to be starred in a famous Hollywood movie or ride a ride that includes some of their favorite movie characters?
Lastly, Epcot, while fantastic for adults, teen can enjoy as well. If you have an adventurous one on your hands, they will love the different flavors from food around the world and learning about cultures from far away. No worries, if it's rides they are after- Epcot has those too!
