Costa Blanca is 200 kilometres of glorious coastline situated in the province of Alicante, Spain. This family friendly holiday destination extends from the town of Denia in the north, right down to Pilar de la Horadada in the south. Its position on the warm Mediterranean Sea also makes Alicante a great water sport location.

Benidorm is a resort for the more lively family looking to have a good time. It is located around 45km North East of Alicante and is a picture postcard of beautiful mountains against sky scraping hotels on a stunning sandy beach.

When to visit Costa Blanca?

Costa Blanca is one of the sunniest Spanish destinations with over 3000 hours of sunshine annually. It can get very hot in August, reaching temperatures of 40°C, so families with small children may want to remember the parasols for some shade. Costa Blanca enjoys warm winter months too, with average temperatures between 15°C and 20°C.
