Payment is required at check-in. The opening hours for reception are 08:00 - 22:30h. If you are due to arrive outside of these hours, it is crucial to inform the apartments of this prior to arrival. Please contact the management in advance to let them know your estimated time of arrival and to arrange a check-in time. The email address and contact telephone number will be supplied on your confirmation email. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. For reservations for more than 5 rooms, a prepayment is required: once the reservation is made, the hotel will get in touch with you to agree on how to prepare the prepayment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 26.75 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
