This charming, new aparthotel is set amongst the impressive buildings of Modernist Barcelona, just off the central Plaça Catalunya. The Barcelona Center Plaza is surrounded by the city’s main shopping district, a short distance from the world-famous La Ramblas. It also borders the Gothic Quarter and the classy Eixample district where you will find many examples of the weird and wonderful Modernist style of architecture. Studio apartments provide ideal accommodation for families visiting the Catalan capital. Each one comes equipped with its own kitchenette with refrigerator.
Important information
The hotel reception's opening hours are as follows: Weekdays: 09:00-14:00 and 20:00-21:00 Weekends: 10:00-13:00 and 20:00-21:00 Check-in details: When booking, all guests should note their anticipated time of arrival and the airport to which they are flying (e.g. Barcelona El Prat, Girona Costa Brava or Reus). Guests should also provide a contact mobile telephone number (including international dialling code). This information can be noted in the Comments box of the booking confirmation. Guests who anticipate arriving outside of the reception opening hours should contact the property directly at least 48 hours prior to travel. Check-in after 23:00 incurs an additional fee. The Hotel does not accept American Express and Diners Club as a deposit / payment method. The cleaning service is available until 13:30. For reservations of more than 5 nights, a prepayment is required. Once the reservation is made, a member of staff will contact the customer to arrange prepayment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
