By Car: - Take the M53. - Exit at junction 12. - Turn at the roundabout towards Chester on the A56. - Go straight across the next roundabout, still on the A56. - Continue for 0.6miles along Hoole Road. - Upon passing Hoole Church, take the next right turn (signed Newton) into Newton Lane. - Chester Brooklands is found 150 metres further along on the right-hand side. By Bus: Bus number 53 will drop you off directly opposite Chester Brooklands Bed and Breakfast. By Train: The house is not far from Chester train station: - Turn right as you leave the railway station. - Turn right at the traffic lights. - Walk over bridge. - Upon seeing All Saints Church on your right-hand side, turn left into Newton Lane (just before the church).

All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 15 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
