With their sixth-floor setting, these stylish, contemporary apartments offer fantastic views over Barcelona’s city centre. They lie just off the main square of Plaça Catalunya. These Chic & Basic apartments are situated on Plaça Urquinaona, surrounded by the classy streets of the city centre’s Eixample district. From here you can easily walk to attractions such as the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas and Passeig de Gracià in only a few minutes. Full of natural light, each recently renovated apartment comes with chic, minimalist decor. They all include well-equipped kitchens, allowing you to enjoy an independent stay in the beautiful Catalan capital.
Important information
All guests need to inform the property of their anticipated arrival time before travelling in order to organise check-in. This can be entered in the Comments box when booking or by using the contact details provided on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site. Guests should also call the property office upon arrival in Barcelona using the telephone number provided on the Booking Confirmation. The property does not have a reception, and guests must arrange a time to meet personnel at the apartment building. Check-in information for arrivals after 21:00 will be supplied by the property before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 7.50 per night and person when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
