You'll have more space, it's more comfortable, you'll have your own cooking facilities and it's cheaper! All the Cosy Apartments are situated in the very heart of Venice, in areas such as Saint Mark's Square, the Rialto Bridge and Biennale area offering access to the city's many attractions within easy walking distance. All furnishings are modern and provide a home from home feeling. Whether you're visiting the Lagoon for business or pleasure Cosy Apartments guarantees a very comfortable stay.
Important information
Please remember it is very important that you inform the property of your arrival time at least 4 days before your check-in. These apartments are in different locations throughout Venice and there is no reception desk. You will be scheduled for an appointment with one of the staff members who will wait for you at the apartment. Supplying your arrival time (including updates on delays etc) is therefore essential, and will ensure a smooth check-in process for all concerned. The cost of final cleaning is included in the rate. Key collection can take place from Monday to Friday until 19:00. After 19:00 and on Saturdays and Sundays the service is not included and a small fee must be paid on the spot, with different costs depending on arrival time. Number of Guests: Only the number of guests declared at the time of booking is allowed. Additional guests will be allowed in the booked accommodation only upon approval and at an extra fee per person per night. This includes children under 5 years of age.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 20 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
