Our apartments are not located in the same building, so we don’t have 24 hours reception desk. Once you make a reservation, we will contact you via e-mail to know your arrival time to Barcelona and to arrange your arrival time to the apartment, where our staff will be waiting for you to make check-in.

Important information
Please, note that check-in time is after 15:00 and that late check-in after 21:00 are charged with an extra fee of 30 euros.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
