By Car; Take the York West approach into York, signposted the a1036. Take left at the first set of lights, past Tescos on the left, towards York centre. Go one mile (& past racecourse on right). Through first set of lights then right lane. Turn right into Scarcroft Road. Right again at Scott Street to Holmlea at 6 Southlands Road. Taxi; Holmlea is a short taxi ride from York rail station. Walking; Holmlea is just off Bishopthorpe Road. From the city walls walk 400 yards up Bishopthorpe Road and Southlands Road is on the right.

Permits are provided for free, safe and unrestricted on-street parking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free private parking is possible at a location nearby. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
