Check in and breakfast is at Hotel Odinsve, just a 2 minute walk away from the Luna Hotel Apartments.
Important information
To get to the apartments, take the Flybus from Keflavik Airport that connects with all incoming flights. Inform the driver that Hotel Odinsve is the destination and they will stop at Reykjavik Airport. Once there, a smaller version of the Flybus will drive directly to Hotel Odinsve. After booking, please contact the reception at Hotel Odinsve to book the shuttle bus. Check in and key pick up for Luna Hotel Apartments is also at Hotel Odinsve. The minimum stay at Luna Hotel Apartments is 3 nights. Rates are quoted in EUR on this website. Please note however that charges will be made in ISK based on the exchange rate from EUR to ISK on the day that the charge is made.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 27.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.30 per person. Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 0.80 per hour. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
