All rooms are on the first or second floor. Due to the historic nature of the building, the hotel is unable to provide disabled access to the rooms.

Food & beverage

The 80-seat oak-panelled restaurant overlooks the sea and serves traditional table d'hôte cuisine. There is a dress code after 19:00 - gentlemen must wear a collared shirt and tie (no jeans or trainers).

When approaching on the a52 from Boston, follow the one-way system onto Roman Bank signed Mablethorpe and Ingoldmells. Follow brown tourist signs Marked 'North Shore' and continue past the traffic lights (Ship Inn) for half a mile. Turn right just after the pelican crossing onto North Shore Road. The Hotel is situated on the left at the end of the road. When approaching on the A158 follow the brown tourist signs marked 'North Shore'. Turn left onto Roman Bank at the traffic lights (Ship Inn) for half a mile. Turn right just after the pelican crossing onto North Shore Road. The Hotel is situated on the left at the end of the road.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
