Only a short distance from the Brickell Bay Club is a vibrant nightlife and many popular South Beach clubs. The Bayside Marketplace as well as the Mary Brickwell Village Mall is also ideally located within walking distance.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All further children or adults are charged USD 35.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years is charged USD 35.00 per night in a baby cot. One older child or adult is charged USD 35.00 per night in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. Groups: No special conditions apply for groups. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 13 % Tax is not included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 20.00 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
